ManTech wins contract for DOD information systems support in the European theater
The Army's Communications-Electronics Command at Fort Huachuca, Ariz., recently awarded an information systems support contract for work throughout its 5th Signal Command to ManTech Telecommunications & Information Systems Corp.
The contract, which has an estimated value of $163 million over a base year and four one-year options, supports the 5th Signal Command's missions in Germany, Italy, Belgium, the United Kingdom and the Balkans.
George Pedersen, ManTech's chairman, chief executive officer and president, said the new contract expands the company's "presence in providing information systems and communications support services for the Department of Defense in the European theater."
MTISC is a subsidiary of ManTech International Corp., Fairfax, Va. The contract was announced Nov. 28.
