Other cartels that might alarm the former federal CIO
Conspiracy-seekers might not have to look very far to find cause for concern.
Former Federal CIO Vivek Kundra, writing an op-ed for the New York Times, described what he dubbed a federal contractor "cartel." Needless to say, this did not go over well with the federal IT community. Maybe some other organizations should be brought to Mr. Kundra's attentions.
