Survey seeks fed input on OASIS project
ACT-IAC wants agency feedback on GSA's efforts to source complex services
Got an opinion on the General Services Administration's OASIS project for complex professional services? ACT-IAC and the GSA would like to hear them.
The General Services Administration wants to know how its proposed contract for complex professional services-based requirements will benefit agencies and industry.
It is seeking input through an online survey on the American Council on Technology-Industry Advisory Council's website.
GSA is currently creating the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) and OASIS Small Business. It is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract focused on providing complex professional services. The contract will be open to government agencies, the Defense Department, and the intelligence community.
From the surveys, officials hope for feedback on small business participation and limitations; pricing recommendations or alternatives; evaluation criteria that are fair and avoid protests; and companies’ past performance and experience requirements to assure GSA it has picked viable firms to provide the services.
ACT-IAC officials hope to compile the data in early March, but have kept the survey open in hopes of getting additional input from agency employees. To complete the survey, please go to the ACT-IAC website..
