Patton delivers biometric capabilities to soldiers in the field while managing costs, schedules and performance.

She oversees the Biometric Automated Toolset and Biometric Identification System for Access for the Central Command. She is also developing a joint capability called the Biometric Family of Capabilities for Full Spectrum Operations, a Defense Department Special Interest program. She has reached across organizational boundaries to integrate divergent technologies into a comprehensive set of solutions for forces deployed in the Central Command’s Area of Responsibility.

“Several known terrorists were identified and captured as a result of her biometric collection and retrieval devices,” said Gary Winkler, the Army’s program executive officer for enterprise information systems.
