Yvonne Lowe works for one of the most secretive federal agencies, so her accomplishments wouldn’t ordinarily draw attention. But her success in modernizing intelligence business operations is hard to overlook.

Lowe was charged with transforming business operations for the Intelligence Community, which is composed of 16 organizations, each with its own business processes. She quickly emerged as a skillful leader. She brought employees together and worked with key agencies and members of the community to establish common ground and create a streamlined, cohesive strategy.

“Yvonne brought leadership, experience and technological knowledge to work across the different communities and disparate agencies,” said Priscilla Guthrie, former Intelligence Community CIO at ODNI. “She turned the place around. It was just magical to watch her do this.”
