Saudi inexplicably scrawls on Philippine agency website

A prankster named “Bin Laden hacker” vandalized the website of the Philippine Land Transportation Office (ww.lto.gov.ph). The motive was unclear and the graffiti contained no specific message for the Philippine government. He “left the deface page [the] on website with his name, email addresses and greetings to hackers groups.”  The site apparently has been attacked many times in the past
