Hackers aiming for Social Security numbers, credit card data and other financial information compromised the organization’s information systems. Medical also might have been exposed.
Forensic investigators confirmed that there was a breach, but it is not clear if the sought after details were accessed.
The personal information possibly stolen from clients and former clients includes name, contact information, medical or healthcare information, date of birth, credit card information, SSN and health insurance account number.
Upon learning of the potential of the incident, the Center curtailed the intrusion and hired professionals to determine the individuals and information potentially affected.
