Long wants NGA analysts to be able to "live within the data" the agency collects by 2020, and NGA made great strides toward that goal in 2013 thanks to Long's vision and leadership. She helped establish a firm foundation for integrated intelligence, the highest priority of the director of national intelligence, via the Map of the World. The platform is the agency's backbone for geospatial efforts and the intelligence community's foundation for object-based production environments. Everything she does follows the theme of turning NGA from a static products producer to an indispensable provider of dynamic geo-intelligence content, analysis and services.
