Boy Imprisoned for Guessing Teacher’s Password and Changing a Screen Background

A middle school student “hacked into his school’s secure computer network” after watching his teacher type in the passcode: a last name, Gawker reports.
The eighth-grader then switched the teacher’s desktop wallpaper to an image of two males kissing.
Domanik Green "logged into a teacher's computer who [he] didn't like and tried putting inappropriate pictures on his computer to annoy him,” according to the Tampa Bay Times.
The credentials also granted access to computers storing encrypted standardized test questions but officials claim Green did not view or change the encrypted files.
Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco said "Even though some might say this is just a teenage prank, who knows what this teenager might have done.”
