Keeping CDM on track. Hartman, who is responsible for managing the $4 billion CDM program, ensured that by the end of 2016 tools and services were available to 70 federal agencies so they can detect vulnerabilities and prioritize the associated risks. His coordination of deployment efforts with hundreds of internal and external stakeholders kept the CDM program on schedule. He also helped manage a massive undertaking in the form of CyberStat review that provided agencies with a much-needed reminder of the importance of the CDM program and its vital security capabilities.
