GRCI wins $30M National Guard Bureau contract

GRC International Inc. said last week that it has been selected by the National Guard Bureau for a contract worth up to $30 million.

Under the pact, GRCI will support the National Guard Bureau, the Army National Guard and the Air National Guard throughout the United States, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. The indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract includes one base year and four options years. The task-order contract is called Business Support Services - Federal Information Processing Support.

GRCI's Professional Service Operation will work on the contract, along with a team of subcontractors that includes CACI Inc., High Performance Technologies Inc., National Security Analysts Inc. and TeleCommunication Systems Inc.

The GRCI team was selected out of a field of 17 bidders, according to GRCI. The award was made on the basis of best value and past performance, the company said.

The GRCI contract will offer such services as activity-based costing, integrated definition languages studies, business process re-engineering, software programming, hardware/software maintenance, telecommunications services, electronic facilitation, functional economic analysis, information engineering and system/subsystem analysis.

GRCI, Vienna, Va., provides professional services and product solutions to government and commercial customers.
