Warranty Program
GTSI and Vanstar also announced an Enhanced Warranty Program that is offered on the GSA schedule and focuses on desktop support. The warranty program differs from original equipment manufacturer warranties in that it covers third-party components offers a choice of coverage -from one to five years - and offers a choice of same-day or second-business-day response times.
The third-party component support covers products that a customer might purchase to upgrade a PC.
