BDM's Stottlemyer joins BTG

Todd A. Stottlemyer has joined systems integrator BTG Inc. as senior vice president and director of corporate development, the company announced today.

Stottlemyer comes to BTG from BDM International Inc., where he was a corporate vice president responsible for mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, media relations and government affairs. BDM was acquired earlier this year by TRW Inc.

At BTG, Stottlemyer will oversee the company's legal, purchasing and contracts departments, as well as investor and media relations and government affairs. Stottlemyer also will serve on BTG's senior management council, the company said.
