GTSI elects Young as chairman
Government Technology Services Inc. today announced that Lawrence J. Shoenberg resigned as the company's chairman of the board on Monday and that the board had elected Dendy Young, GTSI's president and chief information officer, as his replacement.
Government Technology Services Inc. today announced that Lawrence J. Shoenberg resigned as the company's chairman of the board on Monday and that the board had elected Dendy Young, GTSI's president and chief information officer, as his replacement.
Shoenberg, who has served as chairman since 1995, will remain on the board as chairman emeritus, according to GTSI. He has been a member of the board since 1990.
