Consulting firm Jefferson Group to split
The Jefferson Group Inc. consulting firm last week announced it will split to form two companies to better focus on the government relations and business consulting market segments it serves.
The Jefferson Group Inc. consulting firm last week announced it will split to form two companies to better focus on the government relations and business consulting market segments it serves.
One of the new companies, the Jefferson Government Relations LLC, will continue to offer consulting services to health and information technology vendors in the federal market and management consulting to the government. That company also will lobby for clients on business issues.
The other new company, the Jefferson Consulting Group LLC, will serve as a consulting, lobbying and advocacy group on regulatory issues for industry, government, professional, academic and health care clients.
Both companies will be based in Washington, D.C.
