HHS taps CCD for Y2K verification
The Department of Health and Human Services has selected CCD Online Systems Inc. to provide Year 2000 verification tools to the Health Care Financing Administration, which administers the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
The Department of Health and Human Services has selected CCD Online Systems Inc. to provide Year 2000 verification tools to the Health Care Financing Administration, which administers the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
HHS will use CCD's Beyond 1999/validate to check more than 24 million lines of Cobol and Assembler code to verify changes made previously under HCFA's Year 2000 remediation project, according to a CCD press release.
