Wang, Intelisys hail new chiefs

C. Harlan Johnston has been named president and CEO of Wang Government Services, and Christopher Wagner is Intelisys' new chief

C. Harlan Johnston was chosen president and chief executive officer of Wang

Government Services Inc., and Intelisys Electronic Commerce Inc. today named

Christopher Wagner as its president and CEO.

Wang's board of directors announced the selection of Johnston on Monday

and expressed confidence that "Wang Government Services will continue to

grow its already solid position in the U.S. Department of Defense and civilian

government information services market," said John White, chairman of the

board.

Prior to joining McLean, Va.-based Wang, Johnston was president of Logicon

Defense Technology Group, San Pedro, Calif., and vice president of Northrop

Grumman Corp.

Before joining the private sector, he served in the Air Force, where he

directed the development of the Minuteman II and III Operational Targeting

Programs and the Missile Application Program for the Strategic Air Command.

Wagner joined New York City-based Intelisys in April and was previously

employed as executive vice president and general manager of CA Services

for Computer Associates International.

Intelisys provides consulting and technology services for Massachusetts'

state-sponsored EMall pilot project — a multistate Internet-based electronic

procurement system.
