Proposed features for the new FedCIRC phone/fax virus-alert system:

* Handle up to 96 simultaneous lines.

* Send up to 800 faxes per hour.

* Allow customized message lists so that agency administrators only

get alerts that relate to their types of systems.

* Will continue trying to send a message until it can confirm receipt

by an actual person.
