Litton PRC divided in reorganization

Litton PRC Inc. will be split into three divisions as part of Litton Industries

Inc.'s reorganization of its information systems group, the company announced

Tuesday.

Litton's Information Systems Group will include four customer-focused divisions:

the three Litton PRC divisions and Litton TASC Inc.

The new division and leadership structure is as follows:

* Litton PRC Government Solutions Division, led by Barry Rhine. The division

will focus on information technology services for civil agencies. Lawrence

Wiesen will lead the division's Standard Systems Organization, which will

focus on integration, delivery and life-cycle support of commercial off-the-shelf

products and services to government customers.

* Litton PRC Defense Systems Division, led by Kent Schneider. The division

will serve the Defense Department and the defense industry, with particular

focus on command, control, communications and intelligence (C3I); space;

logistics; infrastructure; human resources; and training sectors.

* Litton PRC Maritime and Range Systems Division, led by William Webb. The

division will serve NASA and DOD, with primary market focus on naval C3I,

fleet systems, space and range operations, management and knowledge systems,

and health informatics.

* Litton TASC Division, led by James Frey. The division will provide systems

integration, systems engineering and other IT services focused on enterprise

security, federal services, information management, signals intelligence

and space systems.
