USSearch.com, an information and risk management service provider, has been added to the GSA schedule

Federal personnel managers that want to ensure that they are hiring qualified and trustworthy employees have a new tool at their disposal.

USSearch.com Inc., an Internet-based information and risk management service provider, on Wednesday announced that its services have been added to the General Services Administration schedule.

The company's services are listed in GSA's Human Resources and Equal Employment Opportunity (738 X) services category.

The company's employment screening features include:

  • Identity and employment verification.
  • Criminal records search.
  • Professional license verification.
  • Driver's license history check.
  • Civil records search.

During the application process for the GSA schedule, USSearch.com received the top rating for past performance evaluation. The judging criteria for the rating included timeliness of delivery, quality of service, technical support, cost, attitude and response to problems.

"We aggressively pursued this certification as part of a long-term plan to grow our corporate sales effort and reach a new, discerning audience," Mal Ransom, the company's executive vice president, corporate sales and business development, said in a release.
