Anteon completes ISI buy

Anteon International Corp. recently completed its acquisition of Information Spectrum Inc. The transaction strengthens Anteon's already strong presence in the federal market.

ISI provides defense and homeland security solutions, complementing Anteon's information technology and engineering solutions, company officials said.

Anteon purchased ISI's stock for a total of $90.7 million.
