GTSI has appointed Richard Deloney Jr., formerly of NCI Information Systems Inc., to be its vice president of business development and program management.
GTSI Corp. has appointed Richard Deloney Jr., formerly of NCI Information Systems Inc., to be its vice president of business development and program management.
Deloney will report to Jack Littley, senior vice president of program and information services. "Rick's extensive background in program management and business development will help GTSI capture new contracting opportunities with the federal government," said Littley in a statement announcing the hire.
Deloney was senior vice president and general manager for defense services at NCI, where he established the organization's homeland security practice. He has held senior management jobs at Computer Sciences Corp. and Comstat Corp.
A former Air Force Colonel, he also directed the worldwide information technology services for the executive branch.
