Project: Customer Account Data Engine Release 1
Function: Database management system for taxpayer account data.
Revised cost estimate: $97 million — $36 million over original estimate.
Revised completion date: June 30, 2005 — 2 1/2 years behind schedule.
Project: Integrated Financial System Release 1
Function: General ledger accounting system.
Revised cost estimate: $153 million — $53 million over original estimate.
Revised completion date: Project schedule is under review.
