Officials from the Transportation Security Administration's new and improved Project Control Office aim for tighter business practices by sharpening their focus in the following areas:

Mission — To effectively provide information technology standards, guidelines, policies, procedures and templates to allow the Program Management Office to assist the Office of Information Technology in accomplishing its critical development and management tasks.

Vision — To be the core repository of appropriate business and technology

information.

Goal — To provide the chief information officer, Program Management Office and solutions delivery team with all required standards information.
