Karen Wilson, a former Unisys Corp. executive, has joined Federal Sources Inc. (FSI) as vice president of consulting, company officials said.
"We are very pleased to welcome someone of Karen's caliber and experience to our leadership team," said Bill Gormley, president of FSI, in a written statement. "Karen is a seasoned consultant, manager and leader who will help expand and grow our consulting practice at FSI."
Wilson led a financial and cost management solution at Unisys. Before that, she worked for Arthur Andersen in its Office of Government Services.
FSI officials have also expanded the role of senior vice president and chief knowledge officer Ray Bjorklund. Already responsible for identifying market factors, technology trends and strategic solutions, he will now lead a new effort to develop new capabilities for the firm to offer customers.
