The Army's HRsolutions program gives the service's commanding generals and program managers contracts to use when they need administrative, personnel, recruiting and study/support services. By using the HRsolutions contracts, they can avoid volumes of acquisition paperwork and focus on their warfighting mission.
The following companies received contract awards in the four HRsolutions program areas:

BCP International Ltd., based in Alexandria, Va., for up to $26.1 million.
Management Support Technology Inc., based in Fairfax, Va., for up to $29.7 million.
The Ventura Group Inc., based in Fairfax, Va., for up to $29 million.
Personnel services and support:
Resource Consultants Inc., based in Vienna, Va., for up to $401.3 million.
SI International Inc., based in Reston, Va., for up to $458.3 million.
Strategic Resources Inc., based in McLean, Va., for up to $646 million.
Recruiting and retention support services:
Anteon Corp., based in Fairfax, Va., for up to $118.1 million.
Resource Consultants, for up to $118 million.
Sygnetics Inc., based in Grayling, Mich., for up to $134.1 million.
Studies and analyses:
BCP International, for up to $177.1 million.
Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., based in McLean, Va., for up to $181.7 million.
Resource Consultants, for up to $151.7 million.
