Upson to advise Inserso
The president of ICG Government will be on the advisory board of Inserso, an application development company.
Consultant Donald Upson, president of ICG Government, will join the advisory board of Inserso, an application development company based in Annandale, Va.
Hamid Moinamin, Inserso’s chief executive officer, said Upson's experience and insight will guide the company in positioning products and services for the federal government.
Upson served as Virginia's secretary of technology under former Gov. James Gilmore from 1998 to 2002.
