OK -- game on! Can somebody show me where, because I sure can't find it. And I tried. I tried.I looked last night because I wanted to include the link on our ... and then I am looking again this morning.Using , I was able to find the [.pdf] on a Energy Department Web site, but not the fiscal 2004 report.OMB, of course, has a "red" on the e-government category of the . Hmmmm.If you have a copy, send it along! Maybe we'll post it for them.
