Integrators appoint new executives
NCI, in preparation for going public, hires an investor relations vice president, while SI gets a new executive vice president for strategic programs.
NCI Information Systems, a systems integrator that recently announced plans to go public, has hired Maureen Crystal as vice president of investor relations. Crystal was previously executive director of investor relations at ManTech International. She will report to Judy Bjornaas, NCI’s senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Also today, SI International announced that it has appointed Harry Gatanas as executive vice president of the company’s Strategic Programs Group.
Gatanas will supervise a sizeable portion of the company’s business with the Defense Department and intelligence community, according to the company. In the newly created position, he will focus on systems engineering, network-centric enterprise architectures, military satellite communications, and command and control systems among other areas.
Gatanas, a retired Army general, was most recently senior acquisition executive at the National Security Agency. He will report to Brad Antle, SI International’s president and chief executive officer-elect.
