SRA reports $76M in new contracts
FAA, DHS have awarded contracts to the integrator for services, scientific and technical studies, and strategic consulting.
The Federal Aviation Administration and the Homeland Security Department have awarded several new contracts to SRA International, which the company said are worth a combined $76 million.
The company landed two contracts with the FAA, both of which involve the William J. Hughes Technical Center in Atlantic City, N.J.
In one contract, SRA will provide engineering and technical services to support the center’s Airport Technology Research and Development Branch. The five-year contract has a ceiling of $39.6 million.
The other FAA deal is with the center’s Fire Safety Branch. In that contract, SRA will perform scientific and technical studies and develop and manage databases related to aircraft fire safety. SRA estimates the contract’s value at $11.6 million, if the FAA exercises all of the contract’s options.
SRA’s DHS project will support the department’s Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties. The company will provide strategic consulting and other services under a five-year contract valued at $25 million. The contract was awarded through the General Services Administration schedule.
