Davis finding a home in the House?
Word on the street from several sources is that Rep. Tom Davis, chairman of the House Government Reform Committee, is going to stay put.
Davis was considering a high-paying job with a lobbying group. After several meetings, however, he has decided to remain in the House.
Davis, of course, has been very influential on the government IT issues and there are few others who either know about -- or care about -- those issues. So Davis' decision is good for this community.
