DLT Solutions has been bought out by an executive management group, including two of the firm's senior managers.

DLT, a provider of technology products and services to the government, announced today that the group has bought 100 percent of the company's stock. Rick Marcotte, president and chief executive officer, and Craig Adler, chief financial officer, are part of the group.

Marcotte took the company's reins in mid-2004, after serving on the board of directors. Since then, he and Adler have led the implementation of a strategic plan that entailed expanding the range of services DLT offers.

The company's announcement did not say how many members are in the management group nor did it identify others.

DLT reported $318 million in revenue in 2004.
