Systems integrator NCI Information Systems has issued its initial public offering (IPO) of stock, following its July Securities and Exchange Commission filing of intent to go public.
The IPO consisted of 5.15 million shares of stock initially priced at $10.50 per share. By market close yesterday, it had risen to $12.17 for a total value of $62.7 million.
Legg Mason Wood Walker and Raymond James and Associates are the lead managers of the offering, and Robert W. Baird and Co. and Stephens are its managers. The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ market under the symbol NCIT.
