Web time?

Remember Halloween? Now, I have to admit that I have been on vacation for a week when time just seems to fly by, but even with that, Halloween seems like it was a long time ago. That is when the Government Accountability Office announced the decision about the Army Knowledge Online protest. Here is FCW's story that ran in the Oct. 31 issue... and the Web story that ran on Oct. 26. Yet just today -- some 15 days later -- the official decision has been posted. Fifteen days?

I'm sure there is a perfectly good explaination why there would be that many days between announcing a bid protest decision and officially releasing that decision, right? Final checks or whatever, but it just seems a tad bit odd.
