DataDirect broadens market reach

DataDirect Technologies, which develops standards-based components for connecting applications to data, has inked a partnership with immixGroup that will make it easier for federal customers to purchase DataDirect's products.
The agreement makes immixGroup the General Services Administration schedule contract holder for DataDirect. Under its terms, immixGroup will handle the sales and procurement process for the data connectivity firm.
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is the first agency to benefit, using DataDirect's DataDirect Connect product to link a business intelligence application to data sources.
