Terri Allen is Cloakware's senior vice president and chief marketing officer.
Terri Allen, who resigned from GTSI as senior vice president of sales in July, has joined Cloakware, a company that provides products and services to protect digital assets from piracy and unauthorized access.
Allen is Cloakware's senior vice president and chief marketing officer, according to a company announcement. She will lead the company's marketing and global awareness initiatives. She also is responsible for product management and business development in the commercial and government markets.
In announcing Allen's hiring, Jeff Waxman, Cloakware’s president and chief executive officer, noted her years of industry experience. "I am confident that her insights and knowledge of the marketplace will strengthen our marketing strategies, sales performance and partner relationships,” Waxman said in the announcement.
Before she came to GTSI, Allen served as vice president of sales and marketing at consulting firm Fiderus and worked for 20 years at Xerox before that.
