ManTech takes the 'interim' out of CFO's title
Kevin Phillips has been named the company's chief financial officer.
Kevin Phillips, corporate vice president and chief of staff at ManTech International, has been named the company's chief financial officer. He has been interim CFO since August.
ManTech's board of directors unanimously approved Phillips after considering candidates from outside the company.
“Kevin did an exceptional job as the interim CFO, providing continuity to the finance and accounting department," said George Pederson, ManTech's chief executive officer and board chairman, in a prepared statement. "He quickly demonstrated his exceptional knowledge of ManTech’s financial operations and his extensive experience in government contracting. We look forward to his leadership and his active role in helping ManTech to continue its strong growth into the future.”
Phillips was formerly CFO at CTX, which ManTech acquired in 2002. He has more than 18 years of experience in government contracting.
