ACT/IAC hires lawyer

The American Council for Technology has retained Dave Nadler to serve as outside legal counsel. Nadler, a Federal Computer Week columnist, is a partner in the law firm of Dickstein Shapiro Morin and Oshinsky. He will also serve the Industry Advisory Council, an arm of ACT.

Nadler was the founder of IAC’s Procurement and Acquisition Shared Interest Group, and has served as its chairman. Government procurement is one of his specialties in his law practice.

"Given the unique nature of this organization, we needed someone with seasoned experience in the technology and government industries to ensure that our activities comply with all legal requirements. By all accounts, Dave is one of the premier lawyers in our industry, and his knowledge and experience will be invaluable to our development and growth as an organization.”
