Integrators announce the promotions as part of the process of integrating acquired companies into their organizations.
Two integrators have announced new executive appointments for recently acquired business units, continuing the process of integrating the acquisitions into the larger companies. The new executives all came from the acquired companies, and are having their roles redefined as they now are part of a larger structure.
SRA International promoted John Miller to vice president and director of operations at SRA Touchstone Consulting Group. The company also named Craig Bambrough as vice president and director of defense and intelligence strategies at Touchstone.
SRA acquired Touchstone, a management consulting firm, in 2005. Miller was a co-founder of Touchstone and Bambrough was its vice president of consulting.
SRA also appointed Pat Sidhu as vice president and director of SRA Spectrum Solutions Group. Sonu Singh was named vice president and director of enterprise systems at Spectrum, which SRA also acquired last year. Sidhu previously was chief executive officer of Spectrum, and Singh was that company’s president.
SI International, meanwhile, has appointed Marylynn Stowers as executive vice president of the company’s Information Technology Solutions Group. The integrator named Mike Becraft executive vice president of its Mission Services Group. Stowers was vice president of Mission Support Operations at Science Applications International Corp., and Becraft joined SI International in 2003 as senior vice president of homeland security.
