GSA seeks comments on regulation

Acquisition regulations will be reviewed for their clarity and simplicity, according to an announcement in today’s Federal Register.

The General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation outlines contracting policies and practices. Revisions are necessary for consistency with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and to streamline acquisition procedures, the notice states. FAR is the primary regulation agencies use in buying their supplies and services.

GSA will accept comments until April 17.
