Treasury bureau takes pragmatic approach to IT support
Pragmatics won a $76 million contract for information technology support of the Bank Supervisory Systems.
The Office of the Comptroller of Currency has awarded Pragmatics a $76 million contract for information technology support of OCC's Bank Supervisory Systems. Pragmatics will provide full life-cycle development, administration and technical assistance under the five-year contract.
OCC was established in 1863 as a bureau of the Treasury Department. Its mission is to charter, regulate and supervise national banks, along with federal branches and agencies of foreign banks. Pragmatics will support the division responsible for developing and administering IT systems that empower the bureau to carry out that mission.
The applications include the Supervisory Information Systems suite and analytical tools.
