More administration changes?
Last night, I went to the American Business Media's Washington Forum dinner, at which CBS News White House reporter Bill Plante spoke. It is always interesting to hear about this world from a different perspective. Plante suggested that there are changes coming to the administration's leadership -- a new OMB director very soon, he suggested... and a new Treasury secretary, apparently.
But as most of us know, it is a difficult time to get stuff done in Washington. Pols are increasingly focused on elections -- November's... or 2008.
And Plante suggested that Bush's legacy largely depends on what happens with Iraq.
