Rising Star... this is it, folks!

I have been all over town trumpeting FCW's new Rising Star awards program. It is something I'm very passionate about because, as agencies face the workforce crunch, it seems critically important that we recognize the good work done by young people in the federal government.

I have been really pleased with the number of awards. It has been really outstanding.

But... nominations close on Wednesday. If you know somebody you want to nominate, just go to www.fcw.com/risingstar and tell us why this person is deserving.

And if you aren't sure, let the judges decide.

A person can't win if they aren't nominated.
