ITAA adds three member companies
Apple, Avaya and Cisco have joined the nonprofit IT association in the past 30 days.
Apple Computer, Avaya and Cisco Systems have joined the Information Technology Association of America in the past 30 days, according to an announcement from ITAA.
“These companies share ITAA’s vision for America’s continued leadership as the world’s innovation headquarters," said Phil Bond, ITAA's president and chief executive officer, in a written statement. "We are gratified that ITAA’s record of success warrants the participation of such household names.”
Founded in 1961 as the Association of Data Processing Services Organizations (ADAPSO), ITAA provides global public policy, business networking and national leadership to promote the continued rapid growth of the IT industry. ITAA consists of approximately 325 corporate members throughout the United States.
