Karen Evans is back too!

Yes, I have been busy for the past few weeks, but several people have noted how Karen Evans seemed to be MIA this summer. There was apparently some talk about whether that meant anything. My guess is... well, probably not, but...

But she's back. She is testifying this morning before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs about "IT Projects at Risk: Is it too late to save $12 Billion?"
