Stress at Work

Lingering effects of year-end stress may be how some are starting the new year. Interestingly, more attention is being focused on the causes and effects of stress at work. The National Institute of Occupational Health and Safety ended 2006 with a new video about stress at work, accompanied by a booklet. Even though not intended for the federal workplace, it's worth checking out.

Also, WebMD has some very useful information if you search "stress." "Feeling like you haven't been heard ranks as the most stressful aspect of interpersonal work relationships," one study found.
