Klinger -- how did I miss that?
You know I don't like got-ya stuff, but I was just re-reading Chertoff's speech from yesterday giving the CIO control over IT spending and there is a slight typo, referring to the "Klinger-Cohen Act of 1996." (Emphasis added.) Klinger, of course, is former Rep. William F. Clinger Jr.

Update: E-mails coming in quickly on this one. One person asked if Klinger "was the guy from M*A*S*H* that dressed like a woman." Yep. That would be him. Corp. Maxwell Klinger played by Jamie Farr.
