We found Hank Philcox

Thanks to all of you, we found Hank Philcox, the first IRS CIO.

Apparently the IRS sent my post yesterday around the office and I received about a dozen e-mails from people offering to make the connection ... including his daughter. (Yes, it is a small world!)

He is apparently relaxing at a "fabulous lake house" at Lake Anna. He is playing tennis and golf and sitting on a few boards.

So ... that's relaxing?

We're thrilled for him! The real question is ... what's his handicap?

And we have spoken with him ... and I think with just about every IRS CIO for the upcoming story. It will be in the 4.16 issue of Federal Computer Week.
