Where is Hank Philcox?

So FCW is working on one of what we are calling never-ending stories. The first one was in the first issue of the year and focused on telecommunications.

For the next issue, we are looking at IRS modernization, definitely a never-ending story and we've been talking to a number of former IRS CIOs. Hank Philcox, of course, was the IRS's first CIO.

So, we're tapping into the power of networks -- does anybody know where he is these days? Does anybody know? We've tried the whole Google approach, but... if you know anything, let me know at cdorobek at fcw.com.
