Ah, you've just gotta love Wikipedia. Talk about the first draft of history. Wikipedia's entry on the General Services Administration seems straightforward enough, but you've gotta check the previous versions of the entry, which you can find under the history tab on the GSA entry.
Apparently somebody submitted a whole entry on scandal at GSA, but it was removed.
Scandal/Controversy section deleted due to NPOV. Encyclopedic page on the GSA should not be used to highlight the perceived faults of one person's career
